Curious about Ayurveda and how can you start applying it to your life?
Ayurveda is a time-tested system of health and nourishment. It helps you heal your body, improve your energy, and understand yourself through a seasonal, self-empowering framework of natural medicine. Ayurveda is India's holistic health-care system and yoga's sister science.

You’ll learn:

how the five elements and seasonal cycles of nature guide us and why this medicine is so powerful
