You can join me for an Individualized Yoga Session at your home or on Zoom. These personalized sessions are the perfect way to deepen your practice and accommodate your unique limitations and injuries. Beginning and seasoned practitioners will benefit from one-on-one inspiration and refinement.

Also appropriate for friends or partners wanting to grow their practice together.

BEST PRACTICES

  • A brief New Student Intake via email helps me plan your session and learn about your needs and expectations.

  • Just as regular class attendance is beneficial for your practice, a weekly or bi-weekly individualized session can grow your practice quickly. When you commit to regular private sessions, you get a $10 discount per session.

  • Attending group yoga classes regularly and developing a home practice with the poses you work on during your session with me will be instrumental to integrating changes in your body. I’m happy to take photos of you during your session to help you remember specific set-ups (especially when using props)

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

  • I am not able to diagnose or treat any illness or injury. I am able to assist you in adapting your yoga practice to accommodate your unique needs and experiences.

  • The practice of yoga as a mind-body discipline can often be helpful in healing from and recovering from illness or injury, but should be approached in conjunction with other healing modalities for optimal benefit.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session with more than 24-hours notice, you may do so at no additional cost.

  • If you change or cancel your session with less than 24-hours you will be charged 50% of the session price. With less than 24-hours notice, please call or text me to cancel (an email may not reach me in time).

  • I will make your session a priority and will give you as much notice as possible if I need to reschedule in the case of illness or an emergency.

  • A series of four weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be purchased at a discounted rate. Please inquire about price and schedule availability. All sessions must be used within three months of the date of purchase or within two months of the first session, whichever comes first.

  • There are no refunds for private yoga sessions.
