Seasonal shifts can have a strong impact on our lives as changing temperatures and weather taxes our bodies. In addition, stress from work, responsibilities, and world events can leave us feeling depleated. Fortunately, our yoga practice can respond to these changing conditions.
In this workshop, we’ll look at the anatomy of the immune system and explore postures that promote deep nourishment on many levels.
Expect a practice that balances dynamic and passive postures and uses props as we build toward supported inversions. This long session is needed for instruction and demo of prop set-up, also leaving time to soak in the postures.
Some yoga experience is recommended, although all levels are welcome. (Modifications available for those not practicing inversions).
Come prepared to practice with focus and curiosity.
