Autumn Pop-Up Classes


Three pop-up/drop-in yoga classes to support the transition to autumn. Each class will begin with sliding and gliding movements and will build to standing postures and balancing poses.

Drop-in to each class, or sign up for all three.

What to Expect

A practice of moderate intensity for you to adapt to your needs. We will emphasize standing postures and movements that connect you to your breath.

Important Notes

  • 60-minute practice recorded for you to repeat as many times as you want.

  • A recording will be uploaded to a private YouTube link. Available indefinitely.

  • No refunds or credits.

  • When you register using Momence, the class time will automatically adjust to your time zone.

  • The Zoom link is emailed approximately 1 hour before class starts or you can log-in using a Momence account

Logistics

Dates: Thursday, November 3 (and/or) Thursday, November 10 (and/or) Thursday, November 17

Time: 5:45 - 6:45 pm PST (8:45-9:45 pm EST)

Tuition: Sliding Scale $10-$20 per class (includes recording)

Recommended Props

  • 1-2 yoga blocks

  • 1 blanket (or beach towel)

  • 1 yoga strap (optional)
