When you lean in, what leans back?

As the seasons shift from summer to fall, there are moments where you may feel like you’ve been pushed off-balance. What happens when you lean into these changes? What postures help you feel more settled and give you the foundation you need now?

How do you trust yourself and your capacity so that leaning in feels steady and supported?

This 4-week series explores different ways that you can lean into practice as a way to bolster your well-being. Each week will have a slightly different pace and will focus on challenging you in unique ways.

  • Week One: Leaning into the foundation & earth

  • Week Two: Leaning into your coiling center

  • Week Three: Leaning into fluidity & breath

  • Week Four: Leaning into space & ease

Logistics

Dates: Thursdays, September 29, October 6, 13, 20

Time: 5:45 - 6:45 pm PST (8:45-9:45 pm EST)

Tuition: Sliding Scale $45-80 (includes recording)

Important Notes

  • 60-minute practice recorded for you to repeat as many times as you want.

  • A recording will be uploaded to a private YouTube link. Available indefinitely.

  • No refunds or credits.

  • When you register using Momence, the class time will automatically adjust to your time zone.

  • The Zoom link is emailed approximately 1 hour before class starts

Recommended Props:

  • 1-2 yoga blocks

  • a yoga blanket (or beach towel)

  • a yoga strap (or something similar)
